PAH takes the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and supports its customers and employees by making sure we are responsible for their health, safety and welfare.

PAH has also designed and implemented COVID-19 workplace protocols in-line with CDC recommendations, including temperature checks prior to commencement of a shift and completion of a COVID-19 symptoms checklist.

Our responsibility to this Global pandemic is to minimize the possible transmission of COVID-19 and provide a safe and healthy work environment. Our understanding of COVID-19 that it’s a respiratory disease that spreads and can cause mild to serious illness. The virus can be transmitted person-to-person and can be spread via the following:

  • People who are in close proximity, generally less than 6-feet, with other people who are infected
  • Respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes which can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly can be inhaled into the lungs
  • Touching a surface or object that has COVID-19 on it and then touching one’s own mouth, nose, or possibly the eyes.

To minimize the potential for transmission of COVID-19, we have implemented health checks of all customer service team members and management before starting their shift.  We also provide approved COVID-19 resistant fabric face coverings to be worn by all employees at all times.  We also provide tools for workplace cleaning, including hand sanitizers and wipes while reinforcing personal hygiene messages to our team.

We also have strict protocols/procedures in-place that team members who demonstrate COVID-19 symptoms are cared for and removed from our operation immediately.
